Welcome to Qloset. By accessing Qloset online, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. The following terms and conditions may be amended or modified at any time without prior notice to an individual.
We would like to make your online experience enjoyable and as simple as possible.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY
WE DO NOT REFUND but if you are exchanging for size however we will happily access ( case by case ) as an exchange or offer a credit that is valid for 3 months ONLY FROM DATE OF ISSUE.
All Tags on garments MUST be left on the item. All sale items are final. We DO NOT accept returns on SALE ITEMS.
Please send a direct email to firstname.lastname@example.org and explain the issue with reason. Once it has been approved by Qloset you have 14 days to send the item.
Once we have both agreed to an exchange the customer is then to send back the goods ENCLOSED WITH A SELF ADDRESSED POST OFFICE SATCHEL for Qloset to post back the agreed goods. If there is no self addressed satchel sent (by customer) - please note: There will be a postage charge.
We are NOT responsible for postage on ANY returns! Customers are liable for any delivery costs if the Good is found not to be faulty.
ONLY ON APPROVAL from the manufacturer and Qloset should your item be faulty if possible a replacement will be issued. We can not guarantee your exchange item will be in stock or available once your return has been processed and if there is a price difference on your exchange we will contact you.
But we will do our very best to make sure you are happy with the outcome x
We reserve the right to not accept the item back if we feel that the item has been used or if the item has been damaged. We are unable to accept goods that are not in their original sale condition. All items must still have their swing tags left on.
The cost of the return freight is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend that all returns are sent via Registered Express Post with signature on delivery as postage. This ensures your item is trackable and secure. Lost or damaged returned parcels are not the responsibility of Qloset.
TERMS OF SALE
All orders are subject to availability of the goods and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to Australia and are intended as an estimate only and are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays for which Qloset will not be responsible.
In order to contract with Qloset the Customer must be over 16 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to Qloset.
We accept payment through Paypal. MasterCard or Visa.
All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of placement. We thoroughly check all items before sending and package every item with care. Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address, Qloset takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur.
You should receive your order within 3-5 business days Australia wide.
Free standard shipping for all orders within Australia
Optional: Express postage on all orders $16.50
Shipping is via Australian Post international services. We offer a flat rate of $30 for standard postage for all orders outside of Australia and $60 express postage. International customers are responsible for their own duties and taxes. All orders outside of Australia generally delivered within 10-15 working days but can take longer if held up by customs and some destinations may take longer.
Any period or date for delivery of goods stated by Qloset is intended as an estimate only and is not a contractual commitment. Qloset will use its best endeavours to meet any estimate delivery dates but Qloset will not be liable for any loss suffered by the Customer or any other person for failure to meet an estimated delivery date. Qloset reserves the right to amend delivery methods without notice.
UNDELIVERABLE PARCEL - If an incorrect delivery address is provided or a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, an extra postage charge will apply to re send it.
PRIVACY & SECURITY POLICY
Qloset believes that your privacy and security is very important. All information collected will be used solely by Qloset to conduct our business. Registered users details will only be used for the purpose in which you have provided it. We will not use your email address for any other purpose and we will not disclose or make available without your consent. No data collected from the site will be disclosed to a third party except where you have given permission or it is legally required.
